Terms of Service

Welcome to AI Optimizer! These Terms of Service govern your use of the AI Optimizer WordPress plugin provided by Pixxel Lab (Timo Lücke). By installing and using our plugin, you agree to these terms.

1. Payments and Merchant of Record Our premium plugin is sold through Freemius, our official Merchant of Record. All payment processing, subscription renewals, invoicing and refund handling are managed securely by Freemius. When you purchase a license, you enter into a billing agreement with Freemius.

2. Cloud Optimization and Fair Use Policy We utilize powerful external proxy servers to compress your images and generate AI content without slowing down your own website. To maintain high speeds and reliable service for all customers, our cloud features are subject to a Fair Use Policy.

  • Plans advertised as „Unlimited“ (including the Lifetime Plan) include a generous allowance of 100,000 high performance cloud optimizations.

  • Once this limit is reached, the plugin will automatically switch to local server processing. Your uploads will never be blocked, but the compression will rely on your own hosting environment.

  • We reserve the right to throttle or restrict cloud access for accounts that engage in automated mass uploads or abuse the API connection beyond normal website operations.

3. Support and Updates Active premium licenses grant you access to automatic plugin updates and technical support. Support is provided primarily through the integrated help tab inside your WordPress dashboard or via email. We strive to answer all inquiries as quickly as possible during regular European business hours.

4. Warranty and Limitation of Liability The AI Optimizer plugin is provided „as is“ without any warranties of any kind. While we rigorously test our software, we make marketing GbR is not liable for any data loss, server downtime or compatibility issues with other plugins. We always strongly recommend performing a full backup of your WordPress site before installing any new software.

5. Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we process data when you use our cloud optimization servers and how Freemius handles your billing information.
